If I could give 0 stars I would the WORKERS IN FRONT ARE VERY RUDE no customer service skills what so ever you try to explain to them what’s going on and they just don’t care or want to hear you! I got called from them 3 times today and got told different things! don’t work at a clinic if you don’t want to deal with patients that’s your job to show kindness and obviously people put trust in clinics to care for them ! the nurses in back are great especially Patty she always shows compassion and genuine towards me my favorite there 5 stars for her

Last review got taken down… and things haven’t changed with their staff…If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I had an appt at 1pm I got there on time but 2 people were in front of me and I over heard that they had appts at a later time… but for some stupid reason they got passed in first THEY DO NOT RESPECT APPT TIMES what’s the point of making an appt if you’re still gonna have you waiting for 2-4 hours. So, at this point I was there for over 2hrs I go up and asked how much longer and the lady at the window said “Your chart is in the back” and before I could say anything she closed the glass window at my face. The worst part was that Jiselle the blonde bbl auntie has the nastiest attitude and bad bedside manor she is condescending and looks down on you…I had gotten up because I thought they called me and she said “no” rolled her eyes at me and laughed at my face super unprofessional I don’t understand why they haven’t fired her when she doesn’t treat patients right, that was the last straw and I unfortunately had to leave. It was ridiculous. Never coming here again. Hope enough people get to see this and are aware of this place before it gets taken down again 🙄.

They will take care of you and help you but the wait time will be very very long. It took 3 and a half hours from the time I walked in to the time I walked out. Some of the front desk staff are a little rude too but the nurse and the NP were nice.

The wait time is lowkey horrible the staff if very friendly and helpful. If you wanna been seen semi quickly within 2 hrs make an appointment 1 or 2 hrs before closing.

Called to schedule an appointment or if walk ins were acceptable Leslie with a very pleasant and welcoming attitude proceeded with notifying me an appointment could be scheduled. Thinking the same energy was going to be given at the clinic unfortunately that wasn't the case. The moment i walked in no eye contact whatsoever from this OTHER "receptionist" and it continued as she was trying to verify the appointment asking for my information. She later confirmed my appointment was not going to be honored since i made the appointment that same day. I calmly understood there was people ahead of me and will be considered a walk in (No Problem) i asked if she needed any kind of information from me or as a receptionist maybe ask the reason of the visit, and provide with more or less cost fee for a patient who is self pay but NOTHING! She just said she will be calling me for further information which NEVER happened until one of the nurses did almost 1hr 1/2 later of waiting, to get signatures for an annual check up i then proceeded with telling the nurse "that wasn't my concern or reason for the visit? ... i then explained the reason of my visit & was notified of fees which was way out of
